LEGAL NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to a resolution of the Planning Board of the Town of Tyre, a Public Hearing will be held by the Planning Board of the Town of Tyre on June 13, 2023. The Public Hearing will be held at 6:30PM for the purpose of hearing public comments relating to the application by Nathaniel and Eva Schwartz to subdivide approximately 10 acres from Tax ID 05-1-09.21 (14.8 acres), which adjoins Tax Map ID 05-1-09.1. The subdivided land will be incorporated into Tax Map ID 05-1-09.1 owned by Nathaniel and Eva Schwartz. The action will increase the size of Tax ID 05-1-09.1 from 14.8 acres to 34.747 acres.
