TOWN OF TYRE Zoning Board of Appeals – PUBLIC HEARING FOR THE BUILDING OF A Cottage Replacement at 3090 Clyde River Drive in the Town of Tyre

Notice is hereby given that the Town of Tyre Zoning Appeals Board will convene a Public Hearing on May 8, 2024 at approximately 5:30 PM at the Tyre Town Municipal Building located at 1082 Gravel Road, Seneca Falls, NY 13148 to review an application for a Cottage Replacement at 3090 Clyde River Drive with a park model Recreational Vehicle submitted by Robert Duncan (Applicant Cottage Owner) located at 3090 Clyde River Drive, Savannah, NY 13146 on property owned by the New York State canal Corporation.  Under Town of Tyre Local Zoning Law, a variance request must be presented in a public hearing. Application detail can be viewed during normal business hours at the Tyre Town Municipal Building and on the Town website by clicking here.  Interested parties can submit written comments to the Tyre Municipal Building prior to the scheduled public hearing or by attending the public hearing.
