PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that a public hearing pursuant to Town Law Section 184 will be held by the Town Board of the Town of Tyre, New York at the Town of Tyre Town Hall, 1082 Gravel Road, Seneca Falls, New York 13148 on December 21, 2023 at 6:30 p.m. prevailing time for the purpose of considering the contracting with one or more entities maintaining adequate and suitable apparatus and appliances for the furnishing of ambulatory services within the Town of Tyre for the year 2024 upon the following general terms, to-wit: that the contracting entity or entities shall answer and attend upon all EMS calls in said Town of Tyre; that the consideration for such contract shall be in the total amount as set forth in such proposed contract; together with such other incidental terms as may be necessary or proper in connection with such contracting for ambulatory services.
At such hearing, at which time and place said Town Board will consider such and hear all persons interested in the same and that a copy of the terms of the proposed contract may be inspected at the Town of Tyre Town Clerk’s Office during regular business hours.
