Pathway Home

We here at Pathway Home want to say how so very thankful we are for all the people in the community who have supported our home and our mission by giving not just their monetary donations but the donations of their time and talent. As the saying goes, “It takes a village” ….

Over the last year, our organization has been hard at work helping people who are terminally ill receiving quality end-of-life care. We are very proud to have cared for 65 individuals and their families since we opened in 2017. We provide the hands-on care needed by our residents and support and guidance to their families in the last few weeks or months of their lives. Most importantly, we were able to make a difficult situation for them a little more positive and pleasant, allowing them to live each day to the fullest.

We’re here to help more people overcome the challenges of providing end-of-life care to a loved one as there are limited options for this type of care available to people in our area. Pathway Home is one of only seven non-medical hospice homes in the Finger Lakes and one of 31 homes in the entire state.

Pathway Home does not receive any insurance reimbursement or government assistance towards funding. Residents are not charged any fees. Pathway depends on donations and fundraisers to fund our home and provide our services.

Consider becoming a volunteer at Pathway. Joining us on this journey of providing quality end-of-life care helps inspire involvement by others and makes our world a better place.
