NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING AND
REGULAR MONTHLY TYRE TOWN BOARD MEETING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a Public Hearing will be held by the Town Board of the Town of Tyre, Seneca County, NY at the Tyre Municipal Building, located at 1082 Gravel Rd., Seneca Falls, NY 13148, in the Town of Tyre, on February 18, 2021 at approximately 6:30 p.m., or as soon thereafter as the matter can be heard, for the purpose of considering proposed Local Law #1 of 2021, “A Local Law Granting Partial Property Tax Exemption To Certain Seniors and Persons With Disabilities and Setting Income Limits for Same” for adoption, a copy of which is available for review at the Tyre Municipal Building during regular business hours and on the Town of Tyre’s website at URL: https://tyreny.com.
The Tyre Town Board invites written and oral comments regarding proposed Local Law #1 of 2021 at the aforementioned Public Hearing. All persons interested in the matter and those wishing to speak on this subject should attend the Public Hearing regarding proposed Local Law #1 of 2021 at the time and place described above.
THE REGULAR MONTHLY MEETING of the Town Board of the Town of Tyre will be held at the Tyre Municipal Building, located at 1082 Gravel Rd, Seneca Falls, NY 13148 immediately following the scheduled Public Hearing. At this meeting the Tyre Town Board may consider any additional matters that are properly brought before it.
