NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

TOWN OF TYRE PLANNING BOARD REGARDING A PROPOSED MINOR SUBDIVISION REVIEW OF TAX PARCEL #12-1-6.1 SHALL BE HELD ON OCTOBER 25, 2022

LEGAL NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to Section 20 of the Municipal Home Rule Law of the State of New York, and pursuant to a resolution of the Planning Board of the Town of Tyre, a Public Hearing will be held by the Planning Board of the Town of Tyre on October 25, 2022.  The Public Hearing will be held at 6:30PM for the purpose of hearing public comments relating to the application by James J. Wilkinson on behalf of the owner, Diane L. Wilkinson to subdivide approximately 24.185 acres from Tax ID 12-1-6.1 (40.92 acres), which surrounds Tax Map ID 12-1-6.2 on three sides.  The subdivided land will be incorporated into Tax Map ID 12-1-6.2 owned by James J. Wilkinson. The action will increase the size of Tax ID 12-1-6.2 from 1.7 acres to 24.185 acre.

THE TYRE PLANNING BOARD invites written comments to be submitted regarding the proposed subdivision to the Tyre Municipal Building, 1082 Gravel Road, Seneca Falls, NY 13148.

COPIES of the subdivision application will be available for public review at the Tyre Municipal Building, 1082 Gravel Road, Seneca Falls, NY 13148 during normal business hours

Tyre Planning Board to Resume Open Regular Meetings (Click here for details)

Notice is hereby given that the Tyre Planning Board will resume public meetings at the Tyre Municipal Building, located at 1082 Gravel Road, Seneca Falls, NY 13148, commencing on September 27, 2022, at 6:30 PM.  This change will remain in effect until further notice.  Planning Board meetings are held on the fourth Tuesday of each month at 6:30 PM.
